Frequently asked questions
Will it actually help my knots?
That depends on you, which is why you get 90 days to find out. Most things you've tried worked for a while, then the desk day came back. This is built to come back with it: a short break at your desk, with a pinpoint pulse on the tight spot. If your knots don't feel better in 90 days, you get a full refund.
Will it sting, or shock my hand?
You'll feel a tap or a tingle on the spot, and it can sting until you find your level. Start at level 1 with a little moisturiser on the skin. Your hand on the pen is part of the circuit, so it may tingle too. That's normal: shift your grip. Too much? Go down a level.
Where can I use it?
On the top of your shoulders, the back of your neck and the base of your skull. Never on the front or sides of your neck, your throat, your chest, your face or near your eyes. Never on broken or irritated skin, and never in the bath or shower.
Who shouldn't use it?
Please don't use KnotPen if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any implanted metal or electronic device, if you're pregnant, or if you have epilepsy or a serious heart condition. Keep it away from children. Sudden or severe pain, or numbness or dizziness, needs a doctor first. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor.
How will I know where to press?
The free Shift Change Desk Guide shows, in plain English, which head goes on which spot. Then slide the tip slowly over the tight area and hold it where you feel the pulse most. You choose the spot, the same one you already press with two fingers.
I've seen pens like this for less. Why this one?
You may well have. Here you get the whole kit: 5 heads, a plain-English Desk Guide, a routine built for your desk, a massage ball and carry pouch, a real person who answers, the 90-Day Knot-Free Promise and the 1-Year Replace-It Warranty.
Will it keep my knots away for good?
No, and nothing honest would promise that. Your workday keeps loading those muscles. KnotPen makes the break you take against that easy to repeat, every afternoon. It doesn't replace your doctor, your physio or your massage.
